Shipping and delivery

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You should receive your order within 3-5 working days. Please note that we don't dispatch on weekends. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer standard shipping around Aotearoa New Zealand for a flat rate of $10 or free for any order over $80! How good. Unfortunately, we are unable to send to PO boxes. We send your treats and goodies safely with New Zealand post. You should receive your order within 3-5 working days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We don’t offer international shipping from our New Zealand online shop.


Payments and returns

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS 

We do not hold any Credit Card information on site – all Credit Card payments are processed through highly reputable and trusted payment providers.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Refunds are not available for change of mind returns, and will only be accepted if the product is faulty or does not match the description on the website. Most of our products are perishable or created specially for your order. We're unable to accept returns for our products, but if you feel that there is something wrong with the product you purchased or it was broken in transit please contact us and we will be sure to make things right.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

We do need you to do a few things for us:

  • Please check your details to make sure the delivery address is full and correct; unfortunately you will be charged for re-delivery costs if this information supplied incorrectly. We will try and fix any mistakes if you let us know asap.
  • Please make sure you give us suitable delivery instructions to pass on e.g. leave in carport.
  • Once a parcel has been delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the addressee. Puriri Cottage will not be responsible for items that are lost, damaged or stolen after delivery. 
  • We need you to tell us if a parcel has not been delivered when expected. A delayed delivery does not constitute a reason to cancel an order and we will not be liable for any loss or damage ensuing from a late or missing delivery. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@puriricottage.co.nz within 10 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.

I MADE A MISTAKE, HOW CAN I EDIT MY DETAILS? 

If you've made a mistake when entering your details (e.g. forgot to add your flat number), send us an email at hello@puriricottage.co.nz and we'll do our best to catch it in time.
